Five-star lifestyle at an affordable rate
THE Haven Lakeside Residences in Tambun has catapulted Ipoh into the top eco- resort league and property investment destinations.
It has been touted as the world’s best-value luxurious condominium by a local business magazine.
This has added another feather to its cap.
Haven CEO Peter Chan said the project has set a high standard few in Ipoh could match.
The condo unti is going at a price of RM398psf, lower than the majority of high-end condominium in the Kuala Lumpur and Penang that are pegged at RM800psf and above.
He said the condo has a five-star security and facilities, uniquely located in a virgin jungle and overlooking a lake, quality waterproofing paints and a five-star condotel operated by Best Western International, which is the largest hotel chain in the world.
Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir who was at the condominium’s launch recently said Haven owed their success much to their intense commitment and belief in Ipoh.
“It is an inspirational story of an all-consuming passion and enterprise at work.”
He said Haven is the first and only international standard five-star luxury condominium project in the state.
The Haven has also sought the help of Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing services to market the lakeside residences at the world’s largest property expo, Global Cityscape, in Dubai in September.
Tasweek’s CEO Masood Al Awar, who visited the site recently said, he was amazed with the living concept introduced by Haven. He described the project as unique and value for money.
Tasweek, he said, would be marketing Haven to their clients in the Middle East via a strategic alliance agreement with local developer, Superboom Projects Sdn Bhd.
Under the agreement, Tasweek will provide consultancy, financial, marketing and sales support to Superboom Projects for The Haven project as well as for other projects that Superboom Projects undertakes in the near future.
